They offer over 50 halal meal selections with Thai tastes and spices galore. A sign in front of the restaurant reads "Yana Restaurant," and beneath that name is readily visible the halal logo. As a result, you won't have to worry about whether the meal is halal or not.
A waiter with a menu book in his hand will welcome you next to Banner. Before you decide to sit down and dine, you may take a look at their menu.
Yana Restaurant is located in MBK, one of Bangkok's most renowned and visited retail malls (Mah Boon Krong or มาบุญครอง). The restaurant sits on the 5th level of the retail center's zone A.
MBK center - The Place to Shop and Eat
The enormous number of people that arrive every day, in the hundreds of thousands, attests to MBK's claim to be Thailand's number one mall. If you're unsure, ask the locals. They will undoubtedly respond to the mall's popularity.
The MBK facility is located on the western corner of Pathumwan Road, near the intersection of Rama 1 Road and Phaya Thai Road. It is located near a number of high-end shopping complexes, including Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon. This eight-story shopping complex is well-known for two reasons. For starters, things and food are quite inexpensive. Second, it is placed in the city because of its simple access.
The mall, which is situated just across from the Chulalongkorn university building, is readily accessible by BTS Skytrain; the route is displayed at each terminal; be sure to get out at the National Stadium Terminal. You can see the MBK building just after existing terminal right away. For the ease of moving freely, I recommend purchasing a one-day ticket for 140 baht.
Another option is to take the bus. This is the most affordable option. All routes are only 10 baht. The MBK terminal is served by many bus lines, including routes 15, 25, 29, 34, 36, 47, 48, 50, 73, and 93. If you are flying into Don Muang Airport, you will take bus number 29 to MBK, which will cost you only 10 baht.
Yana Restaurant- ปลากระพง 8 รส menu
That day, I came with a group of pals. We only went shopping for souvenirs and clothing. I came to a halt because of the appearance of their eatery. That day, I ordered the ปลากระพง 8 รส or plak ra phng 8 rs̄ or Snapper Fish With Herb menu.
This meal is snapper fish that has been stripped of its bones, as the name implies. After that, flour was used to oil the pan. They appear to have been properly fried by the restaurant chef, as they are golden brown in color and perfectly cooked. I tried a few spices from the fried flour, and they were both delicious and crispy.
Yana Restaurant's signature cuisine is distinguished by its sauce. They doused the fried fish with the sauce. The sauce has a quality and unique because it comprises 8 types of traditional Thai spices, including shallots, garlic, young peppers, chilies, lime, lemongrass, Thai basil leaves, and scallions. As a garnish, the spices are also sprinkled on top of the dish. It enhances the flavor of the meal.
My tongue was besieged by a tart and sweet flavor at the first mouthful. The spicy and salty flavor of the following mouthful is nicely balanced on the tongue. All of the spice combinations are so well-balanced that they taste fantastic.
This meal comes on a rectangle plate with a variety of fresh veggies including cabbage and onions. They appear to be rather lovely. I ate it with a dish of rice and a glass of iced tea at the time. I had a lot of fun at MBK Center.
